Scales-4-Thummies

A scale fingering system for students who dislike practicing scales but have impending exams looming.

Scales-4-Thummies by Mel Stallwood

If you are a piano/keyboard student struggling with scale fingering and preparing for exams, this system could be your savior. Scales-4-Thummies is designed  for those players who hate scales but need to achieve a certain level for their grades. Please do not use this method before you have tried and thoroughly failed with the normal (recommended fingering) because normal fingering practice can be particularly beneficial for students of classical piano. Having said that, this method can still be used successfully as a last resort when preparing for an impending exam.  Please right-click on the link to downloaded the PDF file or left-click to open. Please let me know how you get on. Scales-4-Thummies
